01 / What it does

Three jobs, one system.

Carz replaces the spreadsheet, the imessage thread, the manual Stripe links and the workshop logbook with one operator OS.

02 / For operators

We know the rental desk headaches.

If you rent vehicles to gig drivers, fleets or long-term renters, these problems are familiar. Carz is built to kill them.

001

Failed charges that bleed revenue

A bounced charge floats for days. Carz pauses, alerts, retries with a pay-link and applies grace — income recovered, not lost.

002

Tolls & fines collected by hand

Chasing each toll takes weeks. Carz charges off-session against the saved card instantly — or a pay-by-link past the cap.

003

No idea what each car really earns

ROI per vehicle and true cost per booking, with a revenue allow-list that counts only recurring income — never deposits or fines.

004

Renewals that slip through

Admin, customer-email, auto-renew and undo — all with alerts. No rentals lost to a forgotten reminder.

005

Workshop & damage living in spreadsheets

Work orders inside the system. Damage is charged to the renter without touching the investor's share — all attributed.

006

Investor reporting is Excel hell

Auto payout (net × %), per-investor financials and a portal where they see their own dashboard. Less work, more trust.

03 / How it works

From walk-in to weekly payout.

A single flow per vehicle — from the moment a driver walks in to the moment money lands in the operator's account.

STEP 01

Driver signs up

Online pre-fill or in-desk capture. Documents, licence and references attached to the profile.

STEP 02

Contract & deposit

E-signed contract, deposit hold via Stripe, delivery photos taken at handover.

STEP 03

Weekly auto-charge

Rate plus tolls plus fees, charged on a fixed weekday. Smart dunning if a card fails.

STEP 04

Service & return

Workshop logs service against the vehicle. Return triggers final reconciliation and refund.

04 / Pricing

One price per vehicle. Capped.

You pay for active vehicles — nothing else. No seats, no per-booking cut, no setup fee. Above the cap, you scale for free.

USD$7per vehicle
per month

Billed monthly on active vehicles. The total is capped at USD $1,000/mo — so a 200-car fleet pays the same as a 150-car fleet.

05 / Save money

Turn on PayTo. Keep more of every charge.

Card payments through Stripe cost 1.7% + A$0.30. Switch your weekly auto-charge to PayTo and the rate drops to 1% + A$0.30, capped at A$3.50 per transaction. Move the slider to see your monthly saving.

How it's calculated: we split monthly revenue into weekly charges of your average size, then compare the all-in card fee against the PayTo fee (capped at A$3.50). Larger weekly charges hit the cap sooner — so the bigger your rentals, the more PayTo saves.

06 / Customizations

Your business isn't a template.
Neither is Carz.

Every other platform forces you to bend your workflow to fit their software. We take a different approach. Through our customization model, we adapt our platform to align as closely as possible with your actual operations.

01

Tell us

Describe the workflow, report or integration your operation needs. No ticket queue — you talk to the people who build it.

02

We scope it

You get an hour estimate up front. Approve it before a line of code is written. No surprise invoices.

03

We ship it

It lands in your workspace — not a fork, not a plugin. Maintained as part of your platform going forward.
